This is a good area to increase the size of the group, as dinner usually takes place in a larger room with a better distribution of people than the cocktail hour. Moving from a 3 piece to 4 piece works well; this could be the addition of a vocalist to a trio, or the sweet strains of a saxophone on top of a guitar trio. Please note that the length of dinner means that any group will need at least 10 minutes each hour as a break.
